Important
Trade Show Stays prices the whole house per person per night — home, cleaning fee, and lodging tax divided by your headcount. Homes are owned and managed by local operators, with availability checked live for your dates. Concierge services are always quoted separately after we scope them with you, so the stay price you see is complete.
About Trade Show Stays
Trade Show Stays books private Las Vegas homes for teams working the city's trade shows — exhibitor crews and attendee groups alike. You pick your show, tell us your role and headcount, and we build the stay around it: the right dates, homes within a sensible drive of your venue, and one per-person-per-night price for the whole team.
A hotel block gives you scattered rooms at a per-room rate. We give you one house for the whole team at a per-person rate — usually with more space, a real kitchen, parking for the van, and a living room to debrief in after the floor closes. Your team stays together, and the per-person price typically improves as your group grows because the house cost is being divided further.
No — homes are owned and professionally managed by local operators. Every home in our collection is verified, group-friendly, and bookable with live availability and pricing.
We exclusively feature properties run by Airbnb Superhosts — operators with a sustained track record of highly rated stays. On top of that, homes are assessed for what show weeks actually demand: dependable wifi, workspaces, group capacity, parking, and a responsive host. A home that wouldn't work for a working team doesn't make the list.
Highly reviewed Las Vegas businesses we've built long-standing relationships with — private chefs, transport operators, AV and event crews, booth builders, and more. We bring these partners steady show-week volume, which is why the pricing we pass through is typically better than what you'd get contacting them cold. Anything involving alcohol, medical care, security, or childcare runs through licensed providers.
Every major Las Vegas show — CES, SEMA, AAPEX, NAB, World of Concrete, SHOT Show, AWS re:Invent, MJBizCon and 80+ more across the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay, and the other convention venues — plus 100 more smaller shows you can find by typing in the planner's search. If your show isn't on our calendar, contact us and we'll build the stay manually.
Dates, Pricing & Booking
Your role sets the window. Exhibitors get move-in days before the show floor opens and tear-down time after it closes — two to three days on the front for the biggest shows. Attendees get the show nights with an arrival day. The dates pre-fill when you pick your show, and you can adjust them freely before requesting a proposal.
Show dates and venues are compiled from published show listings. Shows we haven't yet verified with the organizer are clearly marked as unconfirmed, with a link to the official show site — always confirm dates there before booking flights or freight.
The home, the cleaning fee, and Clark County lodging tax, divided by your headcount and nights. Concierge services are never baked into that number — they're arranged and quoted separately, so the price you see is the price of the stay itself.
Requesting a proposal is free and doesn't commit you to anything. You pay nothing until we've confirmed the home for your dates and you've accepted the proposal.
Yes — corporate billing is normal in this business. Tell us your billing requirements (invoice, PO reference, net terms) when you request a proposal and we'll work with your accounts payable process.
Show-anchored bookings are our standard: if the show itself is cancelled by the organizer, your booking is refundable in full. The specific terms appear on your proposal before you commit.
Concierge Services
Airport transfers, daily venue shuttles, overnight parking for Sprinters and box trucks, crate and freight staging, a delivered workspace kit, crew catering and private chefs, a dedicated house manager, badge pickup and restaurant reservations, and wellness services like in-home massage. The full list is on our Services page.
Because they're scoped to your team, not sold off a menu. A shuttle for 6 people at one show is a different job from a shuttle for 20 at another. You flag what you're interested in at checkout, our team contacts you to work out exactly what you need, and we quote it separately from the stay. Selecting a service doesn't book it and doesn't commit you to anything.
Property-dependent services only appear on homes we've physically measured for them — garage clearance, parking space, workspace seating. If we haven't verified a home can handle your Sprinter, we won't offer to park it there. A smaller list you can trust beats a promise that fails on move-in morning.
Earlier is always better during show weeks — the whole city is booked. As a rule of thumb: transport and wellness need about two days' notice, catering and shuttles about three, and freight staging, workspace kits, or a private chef about a week. We'll confirm realistic timing when we scope your request.
Homes & Logistics
We only show homes within a sensible drive of your show's venue — the threshold is set per show, tighter for the mega-shows where morning traffic is heaviest. Each home shows its drive time, clearly marked as measured or estimated.
Homes in the collection sleep groups from 4 to 25+. For teams beyond a single house, contact us — we can place a group across nearby homes, and purpose-built multi-house clustering is on our roadmap.
Many do — dining tables that seat the team, dedicated office nooks, fast wifi. Homes we've audited show verified workspace seating and measured wifi upload speeds, and our workspace kit service can turn a dining room into a full war room with monitors, a printer, and a whiteboard.
Homes use smart locks or lockboxes with codes issued before arrival — no front desk, no key handoff, which matters when your team lands on staggered flights at midnight. Access details arrive with your confirmation.
Yes. After booking we collect your traveler names and room assignments so everyone knows where they're sleeping before they land. Flight details are optional but help us time airport pickups if you've requested transfers.
