Homes Built for Show Teams

Every home in the Trade Show Stays collection is chosen for one job: housing a working team properly. Real kitchens for early call times, dining tables that turn into war rooms, parking for the vans, and bedroom counts that keep everyone under one roof — from 3-bedroom homes to estates that sleep 25+.

The locations are the point too: homes across the central valley, Spring Valley, and Henderson chosen for their drive to the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Venetian Expo, and Mandalay Bay — because nobody wants a 40-minute commute on a move-in morning.

Browse the homes below, or better — start from your show on the trade show calendar, and we'll pre-fill the dates your role needs and show you exactly which homes are available, priced per person per night.

Example pricing: a team of 8 staying 4 nights. The home, cleaning fee, and Clark County lodging tax are totaled, then divided by 8 people × 4 nights. Concierge services are not included — those are quoted separately. Your exact price depends on your show dates, the home, and how many people share it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why stay in a home instead of the show hotel block?
One roof for the whole team, a kitchen for early call times, free parking for the vans, and a living room to debrief in after the floor closes. Per person, a group home usually costs less than block-rate rooms — and your team is together instead of scattered down a hotel corridor.
How close are these homes to the convention centers?
Our homes span Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, and North Las Vegas — most are about 5–15 minutes from the Strip. To see the commute to your show — the LVCC, the Venetian Expo, or Mandalay Bay — plan your trip at tradeshowstays.com/plan: pick the venue and the homes are sorted by drive time, so you can compare before booking.
Are cleaning fees included in the nightly rate?
Cleaning fees are itemized, not hidden in the nightly rate. The per-person price you see covers the stay in full: home, cleaning, and lodging tax. Concierge services are always quoted separately.
What is the minimum night stay?
Most homes require 2–3 nights, which show schedules clear easily. The biggest weeks (CES, SEMA, F1, NFR) may require longer minimums — availability for your exact dates is checked live.
Do we have to book concierge services with the home?
No — every home can be requested on its own. Concierge services (transport, catering, freight staging) are optional, and always scoped and quoted separately after you tell us what your team needs.
