Getting to Las Vegas Convention Center
World of Concrete 2027 runs at Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Exhibits are spread across West Hall, North Hall, Central Hall and South Hall.
We only show homes within 30 minutes' drive of this venue, so nobody on your team is starting the day with a 40-minute commute across the valley on a move-in morning.
On drive times
Estimated drive times are calculated from straight-line distance to the venue with a Las Vegas street-grid adjustment, not from live traffic data. Times marked without “estimated” were measured on a weekday show morning. Plan extra time on peak move-in days.
World of Concrete housing, done the team way
World of Concrete opens the January construction season at the Las Vegas Convention Center — crews, contractors, and equipment vendors, many arriving in work trucks that hotel garages were never designed for.
A house fits how these teams actually travel: truck and trailer parking, a kitchen for early crew breakfasts before the floor opens, and one bill split per person instead of a stack of room charges. Exhibitor windows include the build days — outdoor exhibits at WOC take real setup time.
Planning tips for World of Concrete
- →Work trucks and trailers are welcome at many homes — tell us what you're driving and we'll confirm parking before you book.
- →WOC mornings start early; homes with big kitchens and multiple bathrooms keep a crew moving.
- →January evenings are cold by Vegas standards — homes with hot tubs and indoor game rooms get heavy use this week.
World of Concrete 2027 housing questions
- What dates should our team book for World of Concrete 2027?
- World of Concrete 2027 runs Jan 19–21, 2027 at Las Vegas Convention Center. Exhibiting teams should plan Jan 16–23, 2027 (7 nights — move-in days before the floor opens and tear-down after it closes). Attendees typically need Jan 18–21, 2027.
- How close are the homes to LVCC?
- Every search for World of Concrete 2027 is filtered to homes within about 30 minutes' drive of Las Vegas Convention Center, and each home shows its estimated drive time. You can sort results by distance to the hall.
- How does pricing work for a World of Concrete group stay?
- You see one per-person per-night price: the whole house plus cleaning fee and Clark County lodging tax, divided by your headcount and nights. Pricing is live from real availability, and the bigger the team, the better the per-person number. Nothing is charged until your home is confirmed.
- Can a crew of 10–15 stay together for World of Concrete?
- Yes — that's the core of what we do. Homes sleeping 14–25 exist in the collection, and per-person pricing improves as the crew grows because the house cost divides further.
Concierge services for World of Concrete
Beyond the house, we arrange the things a show week actually needs — airport runs, van parking, crate staging, crew meals, and a workspace that turns the dining room into a war room.
Concierge services are arranged separately from your stay and are not included in the price shown. Tell us what you are interested in and our team will contact you to work out exactly what you need, then quote it separately. Selecting a service here does not book it and does not commit you to anything.
