A private home near Venetian Expo for the team working AWS re:Invent — priced per person per night, with the days before and after the floor opens already built into the stay.
Which are you doing?

Getting to The Venetian Expo
AWS re:Invent 2026 runs at The Venetian Expo, 201 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169. Exhibits are spread across Level 1, Level 2 and Casanova Ballroom.
We only show homes within 30 minutes' drive of this venue, so nobody on your team is starting the day with a 40-minute commute across the valley on a move-in morning.
On drive times
Estimated drive times are calculated from straight-line distance to the venue with a Las Vegas street-grid adjustment, not from live traffic data. Times marked without “estimated” were measured on a weekday show morning. Plan extra time on peak move-in days.
AWS re:Invent housing, done the team way
AWS re:Invent takes over the Venetian and half the Strip each December — a conference where sessions sprawl across multiple resorts and the hallway track runs past midnight. Engineering teams come to learn; sales teams come to work the week.
A private home gives either kind of team something the campus hotels can't: a quiet base away from the casino floor, fast wifi without a captive portal, and a living room whiteboard session that doesn't need a reserved meeting room. Split per person, it routinely beats December conference-rate rooms.
Planning tips for AWS re:Invent
- →re:Invent is a walking-heavy week — a house minutes from the Venetian keeps the commute short while skipping resort-fee math.
- →Team watch parties for keynotes work better on a living-room TV than in a hallway overflow room.
- →December evenings are cool; check for homes with heated pools and hot tubs if downtime matters to your crew.

Concierge services for AWS re:Invent
Beyond the house, we arrange the things a show week actually needs — airport runs, van parking, crate staging, crew meals, and a workspace that turns the dining room into a war room.
Concierge services are arranged separately from your stay and are not included in the price shown. Tell us what you are interested in and our team will contact you to work out exactly what you need, then quote it separately. Selecting a service here does not book it and does not commit you to anything.
