Getting to Las Vegas Convention Center
CES 2027 runs at Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Exhibits are spread across West Hall, North Hall, Central Hall and South Hall.
We only show homes within 25 minutes' drive of this venue, so nobody on your team is starting the day with a 40-minute commute across the valley on a move-in morning.
On drive times
Estimated drive times are calculated from straight-line distance to the venue with a Las Vegas street-grid adjustment, not from live traffic data. Times marked without “estimated” were measured on a weekday show morning. Plan extra time on peak move-in days.
CES housing, done the team way
CES is the largest trade show that touches Las Vegas — the whole city sells out, hotel rates triple, and the Convention Center's halls plus the Venetian Expo run at full capacity for a week. For exhibiting teams that means one thing: logistics decide your week before the first badge is scanned.
A private home flips the CES math. Instead of six scattered rooms at peak-week rates, your team gets one address with parking for the van, a kitchen that beats a 45-minute breakfast line, and a living room where the booth crew can actually debrief. Move-in days are built into the stay window automatically — CES booth builds start days before the floor opens, and your housing should assume that, not fight it.

- →Exhibitors: your window includes multi-day move-in before opening and tear-down after close. Check your booth-build schedule against the window before locking dates.
- →Homes north and east of the Strip often beat Strip-adjacent addresses to the LVCC on show mornings — the drive-time filter already accounts for this.

- What dates should our team book for CES 2027?
- CES 2027 runs Jan 6–9, 2027 at Las Vegas Convention Center. Exhibiting teams should plan Jan 3–11, 2027 (8 nights — move-in days before the floor opens and tear-down after it closes). Attendees typically need Jan 5–9, 2027.
- How close are the homes to LVCC?
- Every search for CES 2027 is filtered to homes within about 25 minutes' drive of Las Vegas Convention Center, and each home shows its estimated drive time. You can sort results by distance to the hall.
- How does pricing work for a CES group stay?
- You see one per-person per-night price: the whole house plus cleaning fee and Clark County lodging tax, divided by your headcount and nights. Pricing is live from real availability, and the bigger the team, the better the per-person number. Nothing is charged until your home is confirmed.
- How early should we book housing for CES?
- Earlier than for any other Las Vegas show. Serious exhibitor teams lock housing in late summer or fall — by December the remaining inventory is thin everywhere in the city, including private homes.
- Can one house hold our whole CES booth team?
- Our homes run from 3 to 14 bedrooms and sleep up to 25+. For larger crews we can place nearby homes together so the team stays within a few minutes of each other.
