A single-story seven-bedroom estate seven to eight miles from Mandalay Bay — about a ten-minute drive on the I-15 — sized for groups of sixteen who want pool, spa, and full-game-room amenities without going full mansion. The single-level layout matters more than it sounds: it makes the property workable for multigenerational trips, mobility-restricted guests, and groups that simply don't want to negotiate stairs at 2 a.m. Ping pong, outdoor dining, and a layout that keeps the common areas open round it out.
